Heavenly Father, we who believe and are redeemed by the blood of Jesus Christ, can never thank You enough for the things You have done for us, things so undeserved yet You gave Your Son, Jesus, to prove Your love and acceptance of us. The voices of a million angels could not express our gratitude, all that we are, and all we ever hope to be we owe it all to Thee. All glory be to You, our God and Father, for all that we have is due to Your gracious and benevolent love for us. Praise the name of Yeshua and it is in His name we pray. Amen.

Heavenly Father, though we might not recognize it while facing an obstacle or enduring a trial, it is a golden opportunity to see You work in a supernatural way. Not only will You bring about a solution in the circumstances that perplex us but You also develop godly character in us as we patiently endure the waiting period. The Psalmist tells us to “wait on the Lord and be of good courage and He will strengthen our hearts.” Then He reminds us again to wait. Bless and encourage readers today who are waiting. For as we wait we develop patience, endurance, and faithfulness among other Christian virtues. And that is an answer to prayer that we may not have even voiced but greatly need. Amen. Jesus, it is only through Your sacrificial blood that my sins are forgiven. Through Your fountain of forgiveness my guilty stains are plunged into the bottom of the ocean to be remembered no more. Thank you that the power of Your blood will never be diminished. All the adjectives in the dictionary cannot adequately describe the depth of my gratitude for such a selfless act of love. Thank You, Jesus, for paying the price for my redemption. Amen. Heavenly Father, I consider the depth of one’s faith and how far-reaching it is when fleshed out in one’s life. Timothy’s sincere faith was due in great part to the influence of a godly grandmother and equally devoted mother. As we stay in communion with You through prayer and obedience to Your Holy Word we ask You to keep the flame burning within our hearts. It is not just compliance to Your Word, but also fervency in our spirit that will convince others of their need to walk in Your ways. In the name of Jesus we pray. Heavenly Father, I thank You for the day I received Christ as my personal Savior, the day I got saved 20 years ago. Your nature is to continue to seek and save the lost. Thank you that men and women, boys and girls all over the world are still getting saved. Red and yellow, black and white, they’re all precious in Your sight. We pray for all who have come to faith after years of serving the devil. Thank God! Your grace can extend to the uttermost! In Jesus Name we pray. Amen Heavenly Father, in the same way that we grow hungry before mealtime, stir up a hunger within us for the spiritual food You provide through the living Word of God. You are the Bread of Life who provides physically and spiritually for our daily needs. Following a hearty meal we often linger around the dinner table considering the tastiness of our meal. When we “taste and see that the Lord is good” we want to linger in Your presence and consider Your goodness, offering praise to You for all that You are and all that You provide for us. Bread of Heaven feed us until we are truly satisfied and filled with all the good things that come from You. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen. Heavenly Father, the longer we live the more we come to understand the brevity of our life on earth. Our time spent on this earth is but a mist in the eons of time, yet we are of incomparable worth to You who gives us the principles, teachings and tools to walk our brief pilgrimage on this side of eternity. So much is lacking in this life where sin abounds, but we gladly hold onto Your hand for the glorious victory that awaits the believer where sin is no longer present. Our perishable bodies will no longer be like a vapor but will be imperishable, made to last for all of eternity. It’s only because of Calvary that we are afforded this amazing privilege. Thank You, Jesus and it is in Your name we pray. Amen. Heavenly Father, often the days converge into another and before we know it another year has passed. Help us to be keenly aware of each new day and the opportunity it holds for us to build character and be engaged in our Father’s business. We want to daily turn to Your holy Word for wisdom so that we will present to You a heart full of godly wisdom and a life fully surrendered to You. In the name of Jesus we pray, Amen. Thank You, Jesus! Amen Heavenly Father, while I was in the miry clay I sunk deeper and deeper into despair and was unable to save myself. It was a dreary, dismal and hopeless state of sin and guilt. But Jesus pulled me up out of the miry clay and set my feet upon a rock to stay. He changed my state of sin and condemnation to forgiveness and pardon; from corruption to holiness. No longer wandering about aimlessly or destructively, He established my comings and goings. He gave me power over sin, destruction, and hopelessness. I now walk in the light of salvation in a steady path that leads to righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Spirit, journeying toward heaven day by day. Thank You Jesus and in Your name I pray. Amen. |
