Heavenly Father, I will always thank You and never stop praising You. I praise You for what he have done; may all who are oppressed listen and be glad! I call all people to proclaim with me the Your greatness; let us praise Your name together! Father, I prayed to You, and You answered me and freed me from all my fears. The oppressed look to You and are glad; they will never be disappointed. The helpless call to You and You answers; You saved them from all their troubles. Your angels guard those who honor the You and rescue them from danger. Lord, You are King, Your throne is eternal; You are the First and the Last. You spoke through Christ Jesus, Your everlasting Son, Christ as God in human form. God, You continue to speak by Your Spirit in Your ageless Holy Word expounding Your own message, now as then. Through the rise and fall of nations one sure faith still holds us fast. You abide, Your Word is unchanging. Though all hell should endeavor to shake this firm foundation built on Your Holy Word, we will never forsake it, for the darkened veil will soon be lifted and we will see You face to face in the fullness of Your glory. Praise be to God! In the precious name of Jesus I lift this prayer. Amen.

Heavenly Father, I ask you to help me be a good minister of Jesus Christ and that I will always be diligent to instill into the minds of those hearers that follow this ministry the fundamental truths of Your Word. Lord, I ask that You give me the words which will prevent their being seduced by false teachers and drawn away into the apostasy of the last days. I pray that churches all over the wold will put away mans theology and get back to preaching Your Word. I pray that preachers all over the world not study to advance new notions, but ever be faithful in proclaiming those saving truths which they have received of the apostles and Jesus Christ. In Jesus name I ask and thank. Amen. Heavenly Father, for us to sit in the heavenlies with Christ is not obtained through our good works, nor can it be purchased with our wealth. We can’t get there because our grandpa was a godly man nor can we be seated in the heavenlies because we went to church every Sunday and memorized many Scriptures. It is because of the great sacrifice Christ made for us that You made us alive together with Him and raised us up with Him, seating us with Him in the heavenly places so that in the ages to come You might show us the surpassing riches of Your grace. We’re undeserving of Your favor but You’re unsurpassed in Your grace and we are the eternal beneficiaries. Thank You Lord. In the precious name of Jesus we pray. Amen Heavenly Father, nothing can be spoken more comforting to those who realize themselves undone, than the coming of the Redeemer as the Lamb of God and as the Good Shepherd. Those who are ready to acknowledge they have no might, may wait upon Him, for He will be their help if they will humbly depend on Him. Thank You Lord. Thank You for caring for those that are weak and cannot help themselves, gathering them into the arms of Your power and carrying them in the bosom of Your love. I thank You that You have made Jesus our Great Shepard and it is in His name that I ask this prayer. Amen. Heavenly Father, we lift our hands to You, our holy God, affirming that You are our refuge and You are our strength. As we pour out our hearts to You we remember that You are faithful, God, forever. In the midst of uncertainty, disappointment, and mystery help us to recall that in circumstances when we can’t trace Your hand we can trust Your heart, since everything You do is for our good and in our best interest, not just for here and now, but for all eternity. In Jesus name we pray. Amen. Heavenly Father, our trust is in You. Lord, there is not one of us that are 100% humble since we are clothed in these mortal, fallible bodies. But we do know that Jesus is the model of One completely humble in His humanity though supreme in His divinity. He did not consider equality with You, our Father, something to be grasped but took on His personhood as a man and became obedient to death, even death on the cross. We look to Jesus as the supreme example of humility, obedience, and sacrifice. As we clothe ourselves in Your righteousness we will resist pride that is ever before us. Expressing an attitude of humility and thankfulness is the daily antidote for resisting haughtiness and ingratitude. When we acknowledge that everything we have and all that we are is due to Your merciful blessings we are humbled and grateful to You, the Giver of every good and perfect gift.In the name of Jesus we pray. Amen. Heavenly Father, when one starts spending time in Your Word and in prayer and putting more and more trust in You, it isn't long before we see that the Christian life is a warfare, a struggle not only with common calamities and inner desires, but with opposing forces of the powers of darkness which seek to destroy the testimony of the believer. Lord, the alarms have rung loud and clear since Adam and Eve were cast out of the garden of Eden. The battle lines were drawn between the hosts of heaven and hell early on. We thank You for the spiritual armor listed in Ephesians 6 that equips us for battle, both offensive and defensive, as the flaming arrows from the devil are hurled in our direction. We thank You for Jesus, the captain of the spiritual army, who sounds the warning throughout Scripture and through godly and courageous messengers of the gospel. Keep our ears tuned, our minds alert, and our hearts fully surrendered and trusting in You. May our words be in accordance with Scripture and our lives reflect that which we speak so that we consistently “sound a clear call” to follow Your commands and honor You above all others. In the name of Jesus we pray. Amen. Heavenly Father, as My bride and I carry out this new church in our area, we thank You for productive family members, co-workers, and leaders in the church community and throughout the land. As we accomplish the things You bring about, we thank You for those who don’t just point out the need but they get their hands dirty and contribute to standing up, fixing up, cleaning up, and doing that which will benefit many. Help us to be people who are not asleep like others. Instead we want to be awake, sober and vigilant in carrying out the task You set before us including that of being godly messengers who faithfully teach and live by the whole counsel of Your Holy Word. We seek to honor and glorify Jesus Christ in all that we do so keep us self-controlled, alert, and ready. In the name of Jesus we pray. Amen. Heavenly Father, day by day we can see just how evil the world is. More and more seem to want to persecute us because of the Messiah we believe in and live our lives for. Lord, help us to be moved by the plight of those who are prepared to suffer and even lay down their lives for the sake of Christ. We remember them and their families in our prayers and remember them as warriors of the faith, who for the joy set before them are enduring the suffering, shame and agony of their tormentors. As they endure the humiliation they also overcome their suffering and humiliation by the blood of the Lamb. Scores of the persecuted have already received the crown of life in heaven that is rewarded to those martyred for their faith. On Coronation Day when we all gather in heaven we look forward to enjoying earnest fellowship with these tried and true saints of our faith who did not give up their faith nor meeting together with other believers to worship You. Keep us faithful when tested by fire, we pray in Jesus’ name. Amen. Heavenly Father, You have called us to live at peace with all people, in as much as it is possible. As people of free will we cannot force reconciliation but we can facilitate reconciliation. Help us to lay aside pride, prejudice, procrastination and preconceived ideas of the outcome and take the first step toward reconciliation. Guide us in this most important endeavor as we attempt to live at peace with all people. In the name of Jesus we pray, amen |
